Shipping Policy

A legal disclaimer

Whilst we take all care, our liability is limited to the remedies provided under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

No liability is accepted for any indirect losses, such as loss of profit or "consequential loss" resulting from delivery.

Risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery to the customers address.

We aim for delivery between 3-7 days, however this can be longer at certain peak times of the year. All goods will be sent by courier to the customer and a tracking number will be issued by e-mail upon sending. Goods will be sent within 2 days of receipt of payment.

Any claim for damage product must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of goods. This is to be done by e-mail, and photo's are to be sent clearly showing any reported damage.

Shipping is calculated on weight and is clearly set out during the checkout process.

For orders over $150 NZD shipping will be at the expense of Campbell's Crystals, the customer will recieve shipping for free.

We sell and ship only to customers within New Zealand. Currently we have no pricing structure for international customers and will not ship out of New Zealand.

Shipping Policy - the basics

Having said that, a Shipping Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers. It is the legal framework for presenting your obligations to your customers, but also to address different possible scenarios that may occur, and what happens in each and every case.

A Shipping Policy is a good practice and it helps both sides - you and your customers. Your customers may benefit from being informed about what they can expect from your service. You may benefit because people may be likely to shop with you if you have a clear Shipping Policy in place since there won't be any questions about your shipping timeframes or processes.

What to include in the Shipping Policy

Generally speaking, a Shipping Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for processing orders; the shipping costs; different domestic and international shipping solutions; potential service interruptions; and much, much more.
