We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
Refund Policy
Any claim for refund will be assessed at the sole discretion of Campbell's Crystals depending on the nature of the claim. Any claim for refund relating to a purchase will need to be made by e-mail to glen@campbellscrystals.com within 3 days of receipt of delivery with photo's attached outlining the nature of the claim if applicable. If a claim is lodged longer than 3 days after the receipt of the goods via the third party delivery business that claim will be deemed invalid. All products that are eligible for a refund will be required to be returned to Campbell's Crystals at the customers expense. All returns that are the subject of an accepted claim must be resent in the original packaging they were received in. Postage and handling costs are non-refundable and cannot be covered by Crystal Mountain (unless goods are faulty).
